Job Summary

  • The HR Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives supporting long term growth and talent needs.
  • This role ensures attraction, development, and retention of top talent while fostering a high performance, inclusive workplace culture.
  • The HR Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen employer branding, and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational growth and talent management.
  • Lead recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals across all levels.
  • Design and drive employer branding initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to ensure hiring of top tier candidates.
  • Develop and implement succession planning frameworks.
  • Cultivate a workplace culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.
  • Resolve employee concerns with fairness and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and implement improvements.
  • Oversee competitive compensation and benefits structures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, pay equity standards, and internal policies.
  • Design and refine HR policies to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment across multiple domains.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team building capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess organizational needs and craft solutions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in advanced HR tools, systems, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
