Requirements

- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team building capabilities
- Strong analytical skills to assess organizational needs
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in advanced HR tools, systems, and analytics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
