- Own Emiratisation strategy and quota performance
- Design, draft, and own all internal HR policies
- Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, probation, and performance reviews
- Handle employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Manage HR operations for India ODC and payroll processing
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate leadership reporting
Requirements
- UAE national (mandatory)
- Experience in HR management and team leadership
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and Free Zone regulations
- Experience with Emiratisation strategy and quota performance
- Experience managing India ODC HR operations and payroll

Role Overview
- The HR Manager will lead the HR function at GSS Tech Group.
- Overseeing HR team and owning policy, compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- This role is UAE national mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop HR team.
- Oversee UAE Labour Law, WPS, and Free Zone regulatory compliance.
- Own Emiratisation strategy and quota performance.
- Design, draft, and own all internal GSS HR policies.
- Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, probation, performance reviews.
- Handle employee relations cases: grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, terminations.
- Manage HR operations for India ODC and payroll processing.
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate leadership reporting.
- Partner with TA Delivery on headcount forecasting and budget planning.
- Advise business leaders on org design and internal mobility.
