About the Role
GSSTech Group is looking for a motivated Project Manager to support technology and digital transformation initiatives in a banking environment. The role involves managing IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, and ensuring successful delivery.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end delivery of technology projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, identify risks, dependencies, issues, and proactively drive resolution.
- Facilitate project meetings, maintain action trackers, and ensure timely follow up on deliverables.
- Support project governance activities including reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Work closely with technical teams, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and operational teams.
- Support Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, daily stand ups, backlog tracking, and retrospectives where applicable.
- Prepare project dashboards, management updates, and executive level reporting.
- Assist in change management activities and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience managing IT projects
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices
- Experience in banking environment
