Role Overview
Lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives supporting long-term organizational growth and talent needs.
Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employer branding, talent management, and compliance with HR policies and legal standards.
Key Responsibility
- Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and advise senior leadership on organizational growth and talent management.
- Lead recruitment strategies, oversee hiring processes, and design employer-branding initiatives.
- Develop succession-planning frameworks and cultivate a high-performance, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Resolve employee concerns, conduct engagement initiatives, analyze feedback, and implement improvements.
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures and ensure compliance with employment laws, pay-equity standards, and internal policies.
- Design HR policies and lead training, leadership development, performance management, and performance-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial senior-leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment across multiple domains.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, team-building, analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with advanced HR tools, systems, and analytics.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD are strongly preferred.
