Job Summary
Manage the company's complete HR function, including recruitment, HR operations, payroll, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and UAE labour-law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and develop HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and WPS requirements.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and salary processing.
- Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, workplace conflicts, performance, KPIs, appraisals, and PIP processes.
- Coordinate visas, work permits, Emirates ID, and related employee formalities.
- Manage final settlements, leave salary, end-of-service benefits, medical insurance, and other benefits.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, turnover, manpower costs, and prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, audits, documentation, and compliance.
- Develop recruitment strategies and lead HR service delivery.
- Manage HR-related communication with employees and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with UAE experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, and HR compliance.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS or ERP systems, and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
- Automotive, trading, retail, or service-industry experience is advantageous.
Pay
- AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
