Role Overview
The HR Executive role covers recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate visa, work permit, Emirates ID, and insurance processes.
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR MIS reports.
- Support performance management and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
