Lead and manage the overall Human Resources function.
Cover talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll and attendance management, performance management, HR administration, policy implementation, and labour-law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection, including onboarding and employee documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, benefits, and related HR activities.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Maintain employee records, employment contracts, visas, and other HR documentation.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labour regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, monitor HR metrics, and support workforce planning and administrative requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and HR administration systems.
Workplace
- Job location is the United Arab Emirates.
- Work is performed in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–AED 6,000 per month.
