Role Overview
The HR Manager manages end-to-end HR operations and supports the company's workforce and business objectives.
HR Operations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
- Handle HR policies, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
- Oversee payroll, WPS, leave salary, incentives, EOSB, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Coordinate visa, work permit, Emirates ID, renewal, and cancellation processes.
Planning and Team Leadership
- Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and management updates.
- Manage performance appraisals, training, and employee development.
- Lead and supervise the HR and administration team.
- Support management with HR strategy and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of HR experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, UAE Labour Law, and government procedures is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Hindi language proficiency is required.
Preferred Experience
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Work Arrangement
- The role is performed in person.
- The employment arrangement is full-time.
