Role Summary
Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department.
Plan staffing, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
Advise senior leadership on HR practices that improve performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily workflow of the HR department.
- Align strategic HR goals with business initiatives in partnership with management.
- Prepare, update, recommend, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Execute talent strategy for current and future staffing, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Establish recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs and advise managers on candidate selection.
- Manage talent acquisition and collaborate with managers on required skills and competencies.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends and propose competitive salary and incentive programs.
- Maintain knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes, best practices, and new technologies.
- Create learning and development programs and internal development opportunities.
- Resolve employee grievances and counsel employees and supervisors.
- Create onboarding plans and implement employee retention strategies.
