Role Summary
The Business Development Manager will drive business development and market expansion across the region, with a primary focus on the UAE.
The role is based in the Abu Dhabi office and reports to the Business Development Director and Executive Management.
The position focuses on client relationships, new business opportunities, strategic pursuits, bid positioning, and sustainable revenue growth.
Business Development
- Maintain market intelligence and identify project opportunities across the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with government, semi-government, developer, asset owner, consultant, and other AEC stakeholders.
- Analyze target sectors, define growth plans, and propose development opportunities and feasibility strategies.
- Develop new client business in architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, and related consultancy markets.
Market and Client Engagement
- Deliver calls and presentations that communicate the company’s capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate and communicate complex concepts and business issues to varied audiences.
- Identify and evaluate markets and partnership opportunities through prospecting, networking, and professional associations.
