Role overview
Strategic, business-critical role responsible for business development and regional market expansion, primarily across the UAE.
The position is based in the Abu Dhabi office and reports to the Business Development Director and Executive Management.
The role targets architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, and broader AEC consultancy sectors.
Core responsibilities
- Strengthen existing client relationships and identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
- Support strategic pursuits, bid positioning, and sustainable revenue growth with regional leadership and technical teams.
- Maintain market intelligence and analyze target sectors to identify project opportunities.
- Define growth plans through incremental development opportunities and feasibility strategies.
- Build and develop new client business in the architecture and engineering consultancy market.
- Deliver calls and presentations communicating the firm's capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate and communicate complex concepts and business issues to varied audiences.
- Identify markets and partnership opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry associations.
- Manage proposal processes from pre-RFP and Go/No-Go decisions through submission and follow-up.
