- Process employee visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, renewals, and cancellations
- Monitor attendance, leave, probation, and payroll related information
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Coordinate with government authorities and legal consultants when required
- Draft legal and HR related letters and documents
- Support employee performance reviews and training programs
- Manage employee exits, final settlements, and handover procedures
- Keep HR policies and employee files updated
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Summary
- The HR & Legal Specialist is responsible for managing the company's HR functions and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
- The role includes recruitment, employee relations, visa processing, legal documentation, and coordination with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures.
- Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.

Pay
- AED 5,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month
