Requirements

- Expertise in preparing traditional dishes such as Machboos, Mandi, Kabsa, grilled meats, seafood dishes, and Arabic specialties
- Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage high volume kitchen operations
- Creative approach with respect for authentic Arabic flavors and traditions

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef – Arabic Cuisine with strong expertise in Gulf cuisine and traditional Arabic dishes to lead our kitchen operations.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of authentic recipes, traditional cooking methods, menu development, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
