- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Work across all kitchen sections as required by operational needs
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products
- Assist with stock control and report shortages when necessary
- Minimize food waste and contribute to efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Support and collaborate with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role
- Experience in Arabic, Mandi, Gulf, or Middle Eastern cuisine is mandatory
- Experience working in high volume restaurant kitchens
- Ability to handle multiple kitchen sections confidently
- Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Good spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- UAE experience is preferred

Job Overview
- Mandi Man is looking for a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our growing kitchen team.
- The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Arabic, Mandi, Gulf, or Middle Eastern cuisine, with the ability to work across multiple kitchen sections and perform effectively in a high volume restaurant environment.
