We are looking for an energetic, final-year student ready to learn recruitment from the ground up and build a long-term career with us.

What You Will Learn & Do

  • **Advanced Sourcing:** Master headhunting strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and professional databases.
  • **Candidate Screening:** Conduct phone interviews, evaluate resumes, and assess cultural fit.
  • **Hiring Coordination:** Manage interview pipelines and coordinate directly between top candidates and senior consultants.
  • **Ethical Recruiting:** Learn how modern, compliant, and transparent recruitment strategies build trust with global clients.

Who You Are

  • **Academic Status:** **Strictly a Final-Year Student** (HR, Business, or related fields) available to transition directly into full-time employment post-internship.
  • **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a natural love for connecting with people.
  • **Drive:** Proactive, organized, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Location:** Currently residing in the UAE and able to commute to our Dubai office.
