Role Overview
Qatar Airways is seeking an HR Administrator - Separations based in Doha, Qatar.
The role coordinates and processes separation activities, including resignations, terminations, settlements, visa cancellations, clearances, and employee documentation.
The position liaises with multiple stakeholders to support a seamless employee exit experience.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage resignation and termination processes accurately and within established timelines.
- Review notice periods, last working dates, leave balances, unpaid leave, entitlements, deductions, and bond agreements.
- Prepare, process, and obtain approvals for separation documentation.
- Coordinate clearances, recoveries, reimbursements, and final settlement requirements.
- Process full and final settlements and liaise with banks and relevant authorities.
- Manage visa and residence permit cancellations, including travel and cargo entitlements where applicable.
- Prepare employment reference letters and maintain separation records, registers, and employee files.
- Ensure separation activities comply with company policies, procedures, and best practice standards.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient employee exits.
- Support management with additional separation activities and clearance formalities.
