Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to oversee and support daily HR and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR functions, with exposure to manpower supply or the forex industry considered an advantage.
Hr Operations
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new hires.
Records Management
- Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical), including contracts, personal data, attendance, and leave records.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing in compliance with company policies.
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Oversee general office administration, including procurement of office supplies and coordination with external vendors.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal communications.
Payroll Support
- Collect and verify payroll-related data such as attendance, leave records, and bank details.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in an HR Executive, HR Officer, or similar role.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- **Core Competencies:**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- **Knowledge:** Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
