Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow ups
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English while maintaining the company’s service standards and brand voice
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism, politeness, and a customer first approach in all interactions
Requirements
- Strong fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles is an added advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in SME Financing or Restaurant Financing
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented mindset with strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Candidates with a valid visa will be given preference
