Overview

  • We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team on a part time basis in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be fluent in Arabic, and hold a valid own visa.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers with banking and trade finance related processes.
  • Manage customer documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide timely follow up.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic
  • Own visa is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Trade Finance/Banking is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of banking operations and documentation is an advantage.

Pay

  • AED 1,500.00 AED 2,000.00 per month
