Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective Turkish speaking clients
- Promote the company's forex trading products and investment services
- Identify potential clients and understand their trading interests and investment goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow ups
- Explain account features, trading platforms, promotions, and company services
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to Senior Account Managers
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay updated on forex market trends and company offerings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations
Requirements
- Native or fluent Turkish speaker (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in forex, CFD, financial services, or outbound sales is highly preferred
- Strong cold calling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- AED 3,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
