Job Summary
Lead and manage the company’s complete HR function.
Oversee recruitment, HR operations, payroll, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and UAE labour-law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and WPS requirements.
- Prepare monthly payroll and process attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and salaries.
- Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and workplace conflicts.
- Coordinate visas, work permits, Emirates ID, and employee-related formalities.
- Manage final settlements, leave salary, and end-of-service benefits.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, turnover, and manpower costs.
- Coordinate medical insurance and other employee benefits.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Conduct HR audits and manage HR communication with employees and management.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources.
- 5+ years of HR experience.
