Customer Relationship Executive role in the luxury goods and jewelry industry.
Serve as the primary point of contact for discerning clientele and deliver seamless, personalized, and memorable experiences.
Work with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs, anticipate requirements, and foster long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide personalized assistance.
- Provide expert knowledge of luxury jewelry products to support customer decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customized client engagement strategies.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Monitor client preferences and purchase history to provide tailored recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal departments on order processing and delivery.
- Organize and participate in exclusive client events and product launches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer relationship management; telecalling experience is preferred.
