Role overview
Arakkal Gold and Diamonds LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Forex Sales Executive.
The role focuses on converting qualified leads into trading clients and developing long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Contact qualified leads and convert them into active trading clients.
- Explain Forex and financial market products to prospective clients.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Assist with account opening, KYC, and funding processes.
- Achieve monthly sales and funding targets.
- Record client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on financial markets and company products.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in Forex or financial sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales mindset and ability to close deals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English.
- CRM experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of MT5 trading platforms is preferred.
- Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, or other regional language skills are advantageous.
