Role Overview
Handle client onboarding, forex trade execution, and customer support.
The role requires forex market knowledge and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard customers and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Execute forex trades for offline customers.
- Provide clients with market insights to help them make informed decisions.
- Assist clients with account opening, platform usage queries, and trade placement.
- Prepare customer statements and financial reports according to management requirements.
- Ensure trading activities and client interactions comply with internal company policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints according to compliance guidelines.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of proven experience in a forex dealing role is stated, although freshers are also welcome to apply.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of forex market dynamics, trading strategies, order types, and technical analysis is essential.
- Proficiency in MetaTrader 5, advanced Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems are required.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, customer service, and relationship management abilities are required.
