About the Role
We are hiring an HR Employee Relations/Payroll Manager to manage employee relations, payroll processing, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll practices.

Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, conflicts, and workplace concerns
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated, implemented, and followed
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, commissions, and final settlements
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll payments
- Maintain employee records, contracts, leave balances, attendance, and payroll documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and internal approval requirements
- Support onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, and end of service benefit calculations
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, leave, benefits, policies, and HR procedures
- Prepare HR and payroll reports for management as required
- Identify process improvements to strengthen HR operations, payroll controls, and employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in employee relations and payroll management
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll practices, and HR operations
- Good communication, confidentiality, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HR/payroll systems is preferred

Job Overview

Compensation
- Pay: AED15,000.00 AED20,000.00 per month
