- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Lead performance management processes including appraisals, KPIs, development plans, and succession planning
- Build employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 8 years of experience in HR
- Experience in operational environments and blue collar workforce management

Overview
- Our client is a leading poultry production company based in Qatar, seeking a highly experienced and hands on HR Department Head to lead the Human Resources function across farm operations, production facilities, and administrative offices.
- This role is responsible for managing all HR activities including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and organizational development, with a strong focus on operational environments and blue collar workforce management.
Description
- Lead and manage the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and administration.
- Develop HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and operational growth.
- Oversee manpower planning and recruitment for farm operations, production, logistics, and support functions.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, internal policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits in coordination with Finance.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Lead performance management processes including appraisals, KPIs, development plans, and succession planning.
- Build employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
- Manage and develop the HR team while supporting department managers on all people related matters.
- Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce planning for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 8 years of experience.
- Experience in operational environments and blue collar workforce management.
