- Provide strategic technical guidance to project teams, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on complex technical matters
- Mentor and develop mechanical engineers, ensuring capability growth and technical excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within large scale MEP contracting projects
- In depth expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and building services systems
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness, technical decision making, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
