Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the private residence and ensure all household functions run smoothly
- Supervise kitchen operations, chefs, service staff, and coordinate meals and private events
- Manage and supervise domestic workers, cleaners, chefs, drivers, gardeners, nannies, and other household staff
- Coordinate with nannies, tutors, and education related service providers for family support
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Supervise landscaping, irrigation, garden maintenance, and outdoor facilities
- Oversee servicing, maintenance, and readiness of family vehicles
- Monitor household bills, utilities, subscriptions, service contracts, and payments
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the family, residence, guests, and private matters
Requirements
- Minimum 7 10 years of relevant experience in private household management, palace management, luxury hospitality, facilities management, or estate operations
- Previous experience with VIP families, royal households, or high net worth individuals strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage

Position Summary
- Our client is a confidential VIP private residence in Doha, Qatar, seeking an experienced and highly organized Palace Manager / Private Residence Manager.
- The role requires a discreet, service oriented, and hands on professional capable of ensuring smooth operation of all household, hospitality, maintenance, staff, family support, transportation, and administrative functions.
Core Responsibilities
- Household Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and maintain highest standards of cleanliness, organization, service, and presentation.
- Hospitality, Kitchen & Private Events: Supervise kitchen operations, coordinate meals, family gatherings, formal hosting, and private events.
- Household Staff Management: Manage and supervise domestic workers, organize schedules, duties, and performance.
- Family & Children Support Coordination: Coordinate with nannies, tutors, teachers, and education related service providers.
- Maintenance & Facilities Management: Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Garden & Outdoor Areas: Supervise landscaping, irrigation, garden maintenance, and outdoor facilities.
- Vehicles & Transportation: Oversee servicing, maintenance, cleaning, registration, and readiness of family vehicles.
- Administration, Expenses & Vendor Management: Monitor household bills, maintain records, manage relationships with suppliers.
- Confidentiality & VIP Service Standards: Maintain complete confidentiality and ensure operations reflect VIP service standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7 10 years of relevant experience in private household management, palace management, luxury hospitality, facilities management, or estate operations.
- Previous experience with VIP families, royal households, family offices, luxury hotels, or high net worth individuals strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
- Good understanding of household maintenance, hospitality standards, facilities operations, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and operational priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
- High level of discretion, reliability, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
