Position Summary

  • Our client is a confidential VIP private residence in Doha, Qatar, seeking an experienced and highly organized Palace Manager / Private Residence Manager.
  • The role requires a discreet, service oriented, and hands on professional capable of ensuring smooth operation of all household, hospitality, maintenance, staff, family support, transportation, and administrative functions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Household Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and maintain highest standards of cleanliness, organization, service, and presentation.
  • Hospitality, Kitchen & Private Events: Supervise kitchen operations, coordinate meals, family gatherings, formal hosting, and private events.
  • Household Staff Management: Manage and supervise domestic workers, organize schedules, duties, and performance.
  • Family & Children Support Coordination: Coordinate with nannies, tutors, teachers, and education related service providers.
  • Maintenance & Facilities Management: Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
  • Garden & Outdoor Areas: Supervise landscaping, irrigation, garden maintenance, and outdoor facilities.
  • Vehicles & Transportation: Oversee servicing, maintenance, cleaning, registration, and readiness of family vehicles.
  • Administration, Expenses & Vendor Management: Monitor household bills, maintain records, manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Confidentiality & VIP Service Standards: Maintain complete confidentiality and ensure operations reflect VIP service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 7 10 years of relevant experience in private household management, palace management, luxury hospitality, facilities management, or estate operations.
  • Previous experience with VIP families, royal households, family offices, luxury hotels, or high net worth individuals strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
  • Good understanding of household maintenance, hospitality standards, facilities operations, and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and operational priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
