About the Role
A leading Real Estate Development company in Riyadh is seeking a Cost Accounting Controller with 8+ years of experience. The role involves project cost tracking, variance analysis, subcontractor payment verification, and ERP reconciliation.

Responsibilities
- Collect, record, and track all cost components related to real estate projects
- Establish, update, and monitor dedicated cost centers for every project
- Perform continuous budget versus actual comparisons and analyze variances
- Verify and validate subcontractor invoices and payment certificates
- Assist in preparing bid evaluations, pricing structures, and BOQ verification
- Prepare and process precise project cost entries and ensure reconciliation within Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Compile and finalize detailed final cost reports upon project completion
Requirements
- BA/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CMA certification is a strong plus
- 7+ years of cost accounting experience
- Must have worked in a similar position within a Real Estate Development or Contracting company
- Native Arabic speaker with Very Good English communication skills
- Inside KSA only (Local transfer); must be available to join immediately or within 30 days

Description
- Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Real Estate Development.
- They are seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional to oversee and manage project cost controls across their expanding portfolio in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Cost Tracking: Collect, record, and track all cost components related to real estate projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
- Cost Center Management: Establish, update, and monitor dedicated cost centers for every project and individual work item.
- Variance & Financial Control: Perform continuous budget versus actual comparisons, analyze variances, and submit actionable financial recommendations.
- Subcontractor Payment Verification: Verify and validate all invoices and payment certificates submitted by subcontractors.
- Tendering & BOQ Support: Assist in preparing bid evaluations, pricing structures, and Bill of Quantities verification.
- System Reconciliations: Prepare and process precise project cost entries, ensuring full reconciliation within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform.
- Project Close Out Reporting: Compile and finalize detailed, comprehensive final cost reports upon project completion.
Job Requirements
- Education: BA/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of cost accounting experience.
- Industry Background: Must have worked in a similar position within a Real Estate Development or Contracting company.
- Languages: Native Arabic speaker with Very Good English communication skills.
- Location & Hiring Status: Inside KSA only (Local transfer); candidate must be available to join immediately or within 30 days.
Salary
- Up to SAR 20k negotiable
