Job Overview

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 10–15 years of UAE construction experience.
- Strong and proven experience in precast concrete construction is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Senior Construction Manager, or Project Manager in precast projects.
- Strong knowledge of precast erection, structural works, RCC, lifting operations, and construction methodologies.
- Experience managing large construction teams and multiple subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, project planning, and construction documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and precast shop drawings.
