Role overview
Qatar Airways is seeking Bell Hosts for its Hub Customer Services Team.
Bell Hosts are the first point of contact for premium passengers arriving at Hamad International Airport.
The role provides a warm welcome, porter assistance, and a seamless experience from curbside to check-in.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet premium passengers at the curbside and provide porter services.
- Provide courteous and prompt service, including extra care for specially abled passengers.
- Transport luggage to check-in counters and assist with check-in activities.
- Place luggage on scales, assist with check-in, and affix baggage tags.
- Follow safety, security, environmental management, and data protection policies.
- Assist during emergencies or major operational disruptions affecting Qatar Airways.
Qualifications
- High School Certificate, Diploma, Vocational Qualification, or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.
- Good command of English is required.
- Strong customer service orientation, professional appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
