About the Role
A regional HR Administrative Assistant is needed to support the Regional HR Director across the Middle East on HR administrative activities including contracts, onboarding, visa coordination, and benefits administration.

- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Support on boarding and off boarding processes
- Coordinate visa, work permit, and other employment related documentation
- Assist with medical insurance and employee benefits administration
- Manage leave and absence records
- Update HR systems and employee databases
- Prepare HR reports and trackers
- Support payroll administration and coordination with Finance teams
- Organise and maintain HR documentation and archives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years experience in an office administration or HR support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must have own UAE visa, medical insurance, and be able to obtain an NOC

Job Description
- Preparing employment contracts, amendments and HR documentation.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous but not required.
- 2+ years experience in an office administration or HR support role.
- Familiarity with Middle East culture or regional work environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to HR software and databases.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting basic contracts and letters.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage physical and digital archives.
- Good numerical skills to assist with payroll and data tracking.
Additional Requirements
