About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end job requisitions, position creation, and updates.
- Oversee sourcing strategies, candidate screening, assessments, and offer management.
- Oversee preparation, validation, renewal, and execution of employment contracts.
- Ensure completion of pre onboarding and onboarding activities.
- Monitor infant attrition and implement actions to enhance early employee retention.
- Manage employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Identify training needs and support preparation of annual training plans.
- Coordinate execution of training programs and monitor effectiveness.
- Manage office resources, supplies, and workspace utilization.
- Oversee service providers for office equipment, utilities, and support services.
- Ensure professional front desk operations and visitor management.
- Coordinate corporate events, workshops, and training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field
- 6 to 10 Years of work experience
- Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers
- Ability to recognize low performers and guide them
- Ability to treat subordinates equally without discrimination
- Ability to anticipate problems and take proactive steps
- Ability to take necessary and proper timely decisions
- Ability to transform corporate goals into business plans
- Ability to plan, follow up and execute plans
- Ability to monitor and control budgets and expenses

Job Purpose
- Lead, direct, and manage end to end HR operations and administration services.
- Oversee recruitment, contracts, onboarding, employee relations, and learning and development.
- Ensure efficient workplace, facilities, security, and accommodation services.
Key Accountability Areas
- Manage end to end job requisitions, position creation, and updates.
- Oversee sourcing strategies, candidate screening, structured assessments, offer management.
- Oversee preparation, validation, renewal, and execution of employment and rental manpower contracts.
- Ensure completion of pre onboarding and onboarding activities.
- Monitor infant attrition and implement actions to enhance early employee retention.
- Manage employee relations matters in line with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Provide guidance to line management on ER practices.
- Identify training needs and support preparation of annual training plans.
- Coordinate execution of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Manage office resources, supplies, and workspace utilization.
Academic Qualification & Work Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
- 6 to 10 Years of work experience.
