About the Role
Alfanar is seeking a Housing Specialist to manage housing operations for employees and residents in Riyadh. The role involves coordinating accommodations, maintaining residency data, processing system workflows and invoices, and generating reports.

Responsibilities
- Secure accommodation for newcomers and employees
- Follow up with building attendants to update the residents list on daily basis
- Review and update employees’ contracts on monthly basis for recovery posting
- Approve housing clearances through Workflow/paper form
- Issue Address Proof Letter to residents
- Sort out applications of family housing announcement
- Hold weekly housing committee meeting
- Create/End contracts on SAP Real Estate System
- Submit requests for activating/deactivating housing allowance through SuccessFactors
- Create PRs and POs of assets, services, rents related to facilities department
- Prepare payment release form to process rent payments
- Provide monthly report about occupancy status to facilities manager
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- 2 to 4 years of work experience
- Technical competencies in Building Maintenance and Contractor Management

Job Purpose
- To manage and support all housing operations for employees and residents by coordinating accommodations, maintaining accurate residency and contract data, processing related system workflows and invoices, and providing essential reports to ensure smooth and efficient facilities management.
Key Accountability Areas Business Operations
- Secure an accommodation for the newcomers as well as the employees.
- Follow up with building attendants to update the residents list in terms of check out/in on daily basis.
- Review and update the employees’ contracts on monthly basis for the purpose of recovery posting.
- Approve housing clearances through Workflow/paper form.
- Issue Address Proof Letter to the residents.
- Sort out the applications of family housing announcement.
- Hold weekly housing committee meeting.
System Workflow
- Create/End contracts on SAP Real Estate System.
- Submit requests for activating/deactivating the housing allowance through SuccessFactors.
Invoices
- Create PRs and POs of (assets services rents) related to facilities department.
- Prepare the payment release form to process the rents payment.
Reports
- Provide a monthly report about the occupancy status to the facilities manager.
- Generate customized reports based on the request from the facilities manager.
Academic Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Any relevant field
- Work Experience 2 to 4 Years
- Technical / Functional Competencies: Building Maintenance, Contractor Management
