Role Overview
Houseman supporting the Housekeeping team at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island.
The role supports cleanliness, presentation, supplies, equipment, and linen availability across guest and back-of-house areas.
The position reports to the Housekeeping Manager.
Responsibilities
- Keep guest room supplies stocked and remove trash and debris from rooms.
- Maintain general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
- Assist Public Area Attendants and Room Attendants during absences or heavy volume.
- Personalize the service experience for each guest.
- Complete other tasks assigned by housekeeping leadership.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a similar role with a luxury brand.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills.
- Proficient English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
