Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and smooth operation of guest rooms, residences, public areas, and heart-of-house spaces.
Ensure housekeeping supplies, equipment, and linen are available while supporting a clean and comfortable environment for guests and residents.
The role is part of the Housekeeping Department and reports to the Housekeeping Manager.
What You Will Do
- Support Room Attendants by stocking guest room supplies and removing trash and debris.
- Maintain general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
- Assist with Public Area Attendant and Room Attendant duties during absences or heavy volume.
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in spoken, read, and written English.
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
