- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality and can do approach

About the Role
- The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager in executing the day to day operational requirements of the department.
What you will do
- Directly responsible for the day to day key processes in his/her area of work.
- Actively participates in briefings and meetings. Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model.
- Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule.
- Adheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment
- Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills. Keeps abreast of events in the hotel.
- Inspects guest rooms and public areas as assigned and in accordance with hotel standards; stocks and maintains the linen closet.
- Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assists in general department administration and in routine inventory taking of supplies and operating equipment.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping, Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Director of Rooms.
What You Bring
- A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
- An outgoing personality and a can do approach to an assigned task
- High level of understanding and knowledge of Housekeeping and Rooms operations
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
