Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of assigned guestroom floors and public areas.
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and service areas to ensure brand standards.
- Monitor and guide Room Attendants and Housemen to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure preferences are followed.
- Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff in duties, including health and safety standards.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues or room status discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for smooth room operations.
- Assist in planning staff schedules and daily task assignments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a hotel environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to train and coach team members.

Position Overview
- The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service across assigned areas.
- Supervises Room Attendants and Housemen, conducts inspections, and coordinates with departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of guestroom floors and public areas.
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas.
- Monitor and guide Room Attendants and Housemen.

- Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff.

Qualifications
- Cooperate and comply with OSH instructions and safe working procedures.
- Take reasonable care for health and safety.
- Report near misses and hazards.
- Use appropriate PPE and safety systems.
- Be familiar with emergency procedures.
Authority
- Stop any hazardous activity.
- Be consulted by direct manager on OSH matters.
- Receive information, training, and supervision.
- Participate in risk assessments and incident investigations.
Accountability
- Regular reporting to direct manager.
- Attend all trainings and work according to plans.
- Follow OSHMS and local regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain OSHMS records.
