Role Overview
Grand Central Hotel is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and service-oriented Room Attendant.
The role maintains guest rooms and helps ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.
- Change bed linen, towels, and other room supplies.
- Replenish toiletries and guest amenities.
- Keep housekeeping equipment and supplies organized.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
- Assist the housekeeping team with daily operations when required.
Requirements
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills are required.
- Candidates must be physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
- Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Candidates must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are expected.
