Role Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present the menu and provide detailed information when asked.
• Prepare tables with linens, silverware, and glasses.
• Offer menu recommendations upon request.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Communicate order details to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drink orders through room service.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, and report problems.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.

Experience and Qualifications

• Hotel experience is required.
• Food and beverage experience is required.
• The role requires a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Candidates should be able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Candidates should be reliable, honest, and demonstrate integrity.
• Candidates should have a patient and calm disposition with all types of guests.
• Two years of food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Two years of hotel experience is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 1,000–AED 1,200 per month.

Workplace

• The role is performed in person.
