Housekeeping Coordinator

Role overview

What you will do

• Answer incoming housekeeping calls and direct requests properly to maintain department efficiency.
• Lead projects that maintain and improve housekeeping products and services.
• Schedule room assignment boards and check next-day staffing levels.
• Organize the housekeeping office and keep files accurate and updated.
• Monitor traces and special requests, review guest profiles, and execute housekeeping requests.
• Expedite guest requests, record concerns, resolve issues, and notify management when needed.
• Communicate room and engineering issues and follow the required resolution protocol.
• Assist with stripping, cleaning, and inspecting rooms based on operational needs.
• Work professionally with room attendants, house attendants, and laundry attendants.
• Follow Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct.

What you bring

• Minimum two years of culinary or related work experience.
• Excellent computer skills.
• High level of spoken and written English skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
