Job Description

  • Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests and team members
  • Clean and maintain all assigned guestrooms and common areas, including dusting, making beds, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and inside window cleaning
  • Remove soiled linen from rooms and retrieve clean linen from designated storage areas
  • Replenish rooms with supplies and amenities according to departmental standards
  • Sign in and out master keys daily and maintain proper accountability for all equipment
  • Update and accurately record all cleaned rooms in the designated system
  • Identify, collect, and properly tag all lost and found articles by following lost and found policy
  • Report necessary maintenance items and safety concerns to the line Supervisor promptly
  • Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and organizational service standards
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and assist colleagues as needed
  • Maintain proper usage and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications

  • Basic English communication skills with ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules based on departmental needs
  • Proven ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs in all situations
  • Team player mentality with proactive approach to supporting colleagues
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
  • Solid time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of and commitment to health, safety, and sanitation best practices
  • Passion for hospitality industry and genuine interest in delivering exceptional service
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
