- Stock and replace minibar items, inspect and clean minibars
- Report maintenance issues and suspicious activity to supervisor
Requirements
- Ability to clean chairs, sofas, carpets, and remove stains
- Knowledge of LQA, Forbes, and Brand standards
- Ability to handle guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and operate equipment

Your Role
- Clean chairs, sofas, and carpets in guests' bedrooms and all public areas.
- Remove chewing gum, candle wax, wine, and coffee stains.
- Ensure standards are maintained daily following LQA, Forbes, and Brand standards.
- Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner.
- Handle guest concerns and comments to ensure satisfaction.
- Collect key cards and Duty Phone from Housekeeping office at start time.
- Collect equipment and commence cleaning departure rooms.
- Return turned down rooms to daytime set up.
- Report sleep outs, extra departures, rooms on DND to Floor Supervisor.
- Ensure public areas and corridors are immaculate.
- Make up extra beds and baby cots as required.
- Stock and replace missing items in minibars and guest rooms.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure lost and found items are turned into Security.
- Report any matters concerning security of guests to Security Department.
- Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in proper working order.
- Report malfunctions in assigned areas.
- Keep guest doors closed while servicing and use 'Service' card.
- Do not allow anyone to enter guestroom without keycard.
- Ensure safety of guest property and report suspicious activity.
