- About the Position:
- Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Host / Hostess Gaming Marketing to join the resort s Gaming Marketing team.
- The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Assist the Executive Host in managing relationships with assigned domestic guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Coordinate guest reservations for accommodation, dining, entertainment, transportation, and special amenities.
- Support the execution of domestic marketing promotions, loyalty programs, and exclusive events.
- Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and service requests in CRM and related systems.
- Provide frontline support to guests, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with Gaming Marketing, VIP Services, and other resort departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor guest activity and provide updates to the Executive Host to support player development strategies.
- Uphold Wynn Resorts service standards, data privacy requirements, and UAE regulatory compliance.
