Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate hospitality and leisure agreements (hotel management, franchise, licensing, operator, F&B, concession)
- Advise on hospitality related real estate, development, and asset management matters
- Support transactions, openings, and brand launches alongside operations, development, and business teams
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters specific to hospitality and tourism sector (DTCM, licensing, permits)
- Manage legal risk, red flag issues, and provide pragmatic, business focused solutions
- Operate confidently within fast paced, in house environments
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years PQE
- Strong familiarity with UAE hospitality, real estate, and regulatory frameworks
- Background spanning both private practice and in house, ideally with direct exposure to hotel operators, owners, or developers
- Adaptability, pragmatism, and ability to work independently and collaboratively

What you'll be doing
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating hospitality and leisure agreements (hotel management agreements, franchise and licensing agreements, operator agreements, F&B and concession arrangements)
- Advising on hospitality related real estate, development, and asset management matters
- Supporting transactions, openings, and brand launches alongside operations, development, and business teams
- Advising on regulatory and compliance matters specific to the hospitality and tourism sector (DTCM and other relevant authority requirements, licensing, and permits)
- Managing legal risk, red flagging issues, and providing pragmatic, business focused solutions
- Operating confidently within fast paced, in house environments
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 5+ years' PQE, though this is flexible depending on experience and the secondment
- Strong familiarity with UAE hospitality, real estate, and regulatory frameworks, as well as the local contracting landscape
- A background that spans both private practice and in house, ideally with direct exposure to hotel operators, owners, or developers
- Adaptability, pragmatism, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
