Responsibilities
- Support the Offshore Construction Manager (OCM) in planning and executing offshore hook up activities across project phases
- Prepare and coordinate hook up work packages, job cards, execution plans, and offshore deliverables
- Review engineering documents, drawings, and procedures to ensure constructability and readiness for hook up execution
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, marine, fabrication, and offshore teams to ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment
- Support preparation of mobilization plans and offshore readiness activities
- Monitor offshore hook up progress, daily activities, and productivity; identify delays and support recovery actions
- Coordinate subcontractor performance, offshore teams, and third party agencies during hook up execution
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, conduct safety inspections, and support quality assurance activities
- Support offshore installation activities including load out, transportation, lifting, installation, and commissioning interface
- Assist in preparation of variation orders, technical reports, final dossiers, and project close out documentation
Requirements
- Experience in offshore hook up and construction activities
- Ability to prepare hook up work packages and job cards
- Knowledge of HSE requirements and quality standards
- Strong coordination and communication skills
