About the Role
Expedite Pro Documents Services is seeking a DHA-licensed Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes in Dubai. Responsibilities include assessing health conditions, administering medications, wound care, and educating patients and families.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with DHA standards
- Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, and oxygen saturation
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments as directed by the physician
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, suctioning, and other clinical nursing procedures
- Provide care to elderly, post operative, chronically ill, disabled, pediatric, and palliative care patients as required
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and mobility support
- Educate patients and family members on medication management, disease prevention, nutrition, and personal hygiene
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, nursing records, and daily reports
- Observe and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition to the physician or nursing supervisor
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols at all times
- Ensure patient safety, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
Requirements
- Valid DHA Licence or DHA Eligibility Letter (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (Registered Nurse)
- Valid nursing registration from the home country (if applicable)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, professional, and patient focused attitude
- Physically fit to perform home care nursing duties
- Freshers with a DHA Eligibility Letter may apply (subject to employer requirements)
- Willing to work 12 hour home care shifts
