Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes according to prescribed care plan
- Assess, monitor, and record patients' vital signs, medical conditions, and progress
- Administer medications, injections, wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures
- Assist patients with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence
- Educate patients and family members on medications, treatment plans, disease management, and preventive healthcare
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and clinical documentation
- Recognize changes in patients' conditions and report concerns promptly to supervising physician
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide compassionate, ethical, and patient centered nursing services

- Valid DHA or DOH License/Eligibility for UAE
- Age below 45 years
- Physically fit to work in home care environment
- Excellent communication, clinical assessment, and patient care skills
- Home country nursing experience and UAE/local experience preferred

About the Role
- We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Home Care team in Dubai.
- The successful candidates will provide high quality nursing care to patients in their homes while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes according to the prescribed care plan.
- Assess, monitor, and record patients' vital signs, medical conditions, and progress.
- Administer medications, injections, wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures as prescribed.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Educate patients and family members on medications, treatment plans, disease management, and preventive healthcare.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and clinical documentation.
- Recognize changes in patients' conditions and report concerns promptly to the supervising physician.
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards.
- Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
- Provide compassionate, ethical, and patient centered nursing services at all times.
Requirements
- Valid DHA / DOH License/Eligibility for UAE positions.
- Age below 45 years.
- Physically fit to work in a home care environment.
- Candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with both home country nursing experience and UAE or local experience will be highly preferred.
- Candidates currently inside the UAE and outside the UAE are welcome to apply.

Salary
- 12 Hour Shift (DHA Licensed): AED 5,500 per month
- 24 Hour Shift (DHA Licensed): AED 8,000 per month
- 24 Hour Shift (DoH Licensed): AED 7,000 – 8,000 per month
