- Provide high quality basic nursing care to patients in their homes under supervision
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Administer medications as permitted under DHA regulations
- Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care and catheter care
- Observe patients and report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and daily patient care records
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Follow infection prevention and control guidelines
- Assist with patient positioning, transfers, and mobility
- Educate patients and family members on basic health and safety practices
- Respond promptly to emergencies following protocols

- Diploma or recognized qualification as an Assistant Nurse
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient focused attitude
- Physically fit to perform home care duties
- Willing to work 24 hour home care duty

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high quality basic nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, and oxygen saturation.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
- Administer medications as permitted under DHA regulations and company policy.
- Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and personal hygiene assistance.
- Support elderly, post operative, disabled, chronically ill, and palliative care patients with compassionate and professional care.
- Observe patients closely and report any changes in their condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and daily patient care records.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Follow infection prevention and control guidelines at all times.
- Assist with patient positioning, transfers, and mobility to prevent pressure injuries.
- Educate patients and family members on basic health, hygiene, and safety practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid DHA Licence or DHA Eligibility Letter (Mandatory).
- Diploma or recognized qualification as an Assistant Nurse.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient focused attitude.
- Physically fit to perform home care duties.
- Freshers with a DHA Eligibility Letter may apply (subject to employer requirements).
- Willing to work 24 hour home care duty as scheduled by the employer.
