Job Summary & Purpose
Assist the inventory team in receiving, distributing, and storing stock in an organised manner.
Key Performance Areas
- Physically handle merchandise in and out of the stockroom according to the planogram and designated rooms.
- Assist the inventory executive with receiving merchandise to speed up the receiving process.
- Perform security tagging, shrink wrapping, and bar coding.
- Create gate passes when required for merchandise transactions.
- Follow checklists and processes, including staff discount policy and store opening and closing procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Graduate education is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems or Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Customer focus, result orientation, teamwork, and communication skills.
